in case you see a higher amount for the payment - the reason is that you probably live in a country (like the EU) where it is mandatory to charge an additonal tax unless you provide your tax id.

After you click the "Enroll Now" button you will get an option to enter your tax id on the next screen so that you can claim your tax exemption.
